A Conversation With Coach Steve Hagen
Steve’s career has involved more than coaching football – he influences men. He has coached football for 38 years, including a dozen colleges and 11 years in the NFL (Browns and Jets). Add to his resume a stint on the staff of FCA, a crossover to coaching executives as a John Maxwell Certified coach, trainer and speaker, and the author of four books. In 2023, Steve was appointed as Head Coach of the NFL Academy UK.
Ask Steve why he loves coaching and he will tell you that he is blessed to teach young men what they love to do. It gives him an opportunity to take them on a grander journey to learn about Christ. Steve is a great encouragement to those who seek to be used by God in the lives of others.
